No "save changes" option on second data entry page

Bug Description
When adding a new organization, the second page (including location, sectors, etc) does not appear to have any visible option to submit the added data. I imagine this should appear at the bottom of the page, after the last entry item. I'm using an up-to-date Firefox browser.

I think this was being caused indirectly, by the page length being too great and getting cut off (a form related to people was dumping *all* people in database into a hidden field). Added a workaround so that that field autocompletes on need rather than up front. Does this help? The people/
