Since 13.10, the link to privacy setting isn't opening the tabs 'Search'

Bug Description
At the bottom of the interface, there is a link to open Ubuntu System Setting, in the Privacy panel.
Since 13.10 there are many Tabs in the panel Privacy.
Search is not anymore opened by default.
It should be.
(NB: I allready tryed to add 'help' in the command line that open it, looks not working as it does for some panel)
