Bug Description

The deb should have a parameter to tell its only for 12.10
On upgrade from a cd or something else, it must drop Dash-Privacy-Interface. Dash-Privacy-Interface should be keept only if it has a realese for 13.04.
If Dash-Privacy-Interface still being a need for 13.04, a new release dedicaced for 13.04 should be published 13.04 only.
