AnyDaisy doesn't work with Firefox 4.01

Bug Description
For some reason when I updated to the new Ubuntu Natty, I got a new Firefox and my AnyDaisy no longer works at all. i cannot access or open books, I cannot see the help, I cannot see "Recently Opened Books", Settings and even Help doesn't work.
I have uninstalled the extention, rebooted, then installed the extension - I'm using the latest version of AnyDaisy which previously worked.
