Include JournalErrors.txt

JournalErrors is not in the list of acceptable_fields for whoopsie, this is a good thing given how large it can get. That being said it would be useful (per seb128) to include a portion of JournalErrors in the crash reports in the Error Tracker.

Indeed without the error logs it's often difficult to guess what the issue is. Even some limited sample or filtered values would be better than having nothing included as today.

Rather than having to futz about changing the number of lines of JournalErrors collected in SRUs I've modified whoopsie to upload the whole JournalErrors file however daisy will only write the last 50 lines to the database. By having this in daisy we can adjust the number of lines as needed without having to SRU whoopsie multiple times.
