We've made a change to daisy's submit.py code to write a python crash's crash_signature as DuplicateSignature in the OOPS CF.

It might be worth reviewing crashes in the OOPS CF and calculating a crash_signature for them and writing their DuplicateSignature to the OOPS CF.
The use case is somebody going to a specific python crash instance in the Error Tracker and wanting to be able to find the bucket for that crash. As time goes by people are less and less likely to be looking at specific crashes instances though.
