Bug Description
In the graph service, a graph cannot have its status changed using the "Update Selected graphs, set status to:" dropdown and button. The following error is generated:
DQS call to schema failed - Service returned 405 bytes
Internal server error
Unknown message: json_encoding_
SWI-Prolog httpd at COMPUTER_NAME
This error is not generated when using the endpoint at http://

Steps to replicate:
1. Enter a collection
2. Select a graph
3. Try and change the status of the graph using the dropdown menu
