Entities aren't destroyed when their status reaches 0

Bug Description

This might perhaps only apply to entities that burn up.
The issue is that when a fire entity is placed into an entity which has a burn_rate attribute, the entity starts to lose status (is burning up). However, when the status is below 0 it should be destroyed, which it isn't currently. The status will just keep on decreasing.
