Bug Description
Selected tool (and its properties) should be assigned to an input device. This way we would allow artists to use all the capabilities provided by tablet devices (they have stylus, eraser, mouse, airbrush, etc.) and the need to constantly switch selected tool will be remedied.
Gimp does it this way and photoshop perhaps too - someone has to check.
Perhaps the plugin interface should also be altered to enable plugins to check what type of input device are they dealing with.
