New feature request: Pause Cuttlefish when not needed

Bug Description
I love to have a feature to pause Cuttlefish actions when ever I needed. For example, I have a setup to raise volume to 50% when ever I run a movie in a movie player. This makes me little inconvience when I am working with multiple video clips(video editing), I open multiple clips(in short time) to see the content so that I can see which one goes into my video editing, for this I dont need volume 50%, if I can pause cuttlefish then I can set volume to 10-20% and continue my work.

that is a cool idea. I will put it on my todo list. If I find some time I will implement it in the next weeks...
