lsblk with lvm does not match block device

Bug Description

If you use lvm on lsblk use the NAME which return dm0 (root) than it try to find /dev/dm0 (root) which is wrong..

instead I recommend to use 'KNAME'.

Have you encountered an error due to curtin not using KNAME over name (which IIUC is KNAME without the /dev prefix)?
If so, please explain the situation where your attached patch fixes the issue.

yes I did, with a custom image of debian Jessie 8.0 with LVM schema.

When it tried to fetch the dm device NAME output the following : "/dev/dm0 (root)"

as you can see it failed because I cannot found the device dm0 (root) which is obviously wrong..
