Bug Description

The per-arch per-package status messages are completely out of hand:

Dependency wait [s390x] Failed to build [amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, powerpc, ppc64el] (aethercast/xenial).
Failed to build (aethercast/vivid, unity8/vivid, unity8/xenial).
Failed to build [ppc64el] Successfully built [amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, powerpc] (gst-plugins-bad1.0/xenial).
Successfully built (gst-plugins-bad1.0/vivid, ubuntu-system-settings/vivid, ubuntu-system-settings/xenial, wds/vivid, wds/xenial, wpa/vivid, wpa/xenial).

I thought this would be more informative but it's just word soup.

This should take some inspiration from the britney status and distill the status down to a single state rather than showing the state for each arch/package. In priority order:

    Failed to build
    Failed to upload
    Cancelling build
    Cancelled build
    Chroot problem
    Dependency wait
    Currently building
    Needs building
    Build for superseded Source
    Uploading build
    Successfully built

So eg if you have a couple arches 'Currently building' and one arch 'Failed to build', the whole status is just reported as 'Failed to build' as that is the highest-priority message. Something like this:

    for state in possible_states:
        if state in arch_states:
            return state
