version 0.8.0 works better with hocr2pdf

The position information produced in hocr format with version 0.8.0 seems to be better than in later versions. Using the command from ExactImage "hocr2pdf -i image -o out.pdf < hocr.html" produces better results when cuneiform 0.8.0 is used to produce the hocr.html file. When later versions are used pdf veiwers, such as evince, highlight the incorrect location when searching for text. When version 0.8.0 is used the text being searched is highlighted correctly.
