Bug Description
Something has change recently in Openstack (or some library in OS), where all errors are coming back with Internal Server Error 500.
Repro:
openstack message-broker cluster show some-non-
Expect:
404 Not Found Error or a friendly error message
Actual:
ERROR: openstack Internal Server Error (HTTP 500)
The integration tests are failing because of this. Any error from the tests is coming as 'Details: A server error occurred. Please contact the administrator."
Something changed outside of Cue between 2PM - 3PM pacific time today. This is when the integration tests started to fail
