Cluster show endpoint list is not comprehensive

Bug Description

The current logic in cluster show (get) displays endpoints for only one node in the cluster. Endpoints for all nodes should be displayed.

    Resolving endpoints not all now showing in cluster show

    The current implementation of cluster show displyaed the endpoints
    of only one node in a cluster.
