Bug Description
The "OS Release" check box on the Project page does not show an error when the "Volume ID" field is blank.
The "Volume ID" field is required to update the release description. Therefore, if the "OS Release" check box is selected and the "Volume ID" is blank, an error icon (!) should appear to the right of the "OS Release" field. However, the error icon only appears if the user manually toggles the "OS Release" check box.
If the "OS Release" check box is not selected, and the "Volume ID" becomes blank, then the "OS Release" check box becomes activated and an error icon replaces the optional icon (?). Instead, the "OS Release" check box should continue to be unselected, and the optional icon should continue to be displayed (because the release description will not be updated using the value from the "Volume ID" field).
Note that the "OS Release" check box should only automatically activate if the used enters or changes a value for the "Volume ID". This currently works as expected.
