cannot execute commands in chroot: libm.so.6 not found

when trying to call any program in the chroot environment I get:

sorry, just found that I used an old ubuntu ISO image:
ubuntu-18.04-server-amd64.iso does NOT work,
but current ubuntu-18.04.1-server-amd64.iso works just fine!
