Bug Description
While I was creating a custom iso, I used the su command to change my context to a local user and then attempted to transfer a file into the current directory using the drag and drop functionality. I clicked on copy and then the gui went back to the command line stating that I was not chrooted. After restarting the interface, the hostname of the project had changed to the local hostname and I couldn't get the images to boot properly afterwards. Even though the hostname file had been changed, the chroot interface kept displaying the local hostname.

You executed su ~inside~ the Cbic chroot terminal?
Also, why did you do this? (Was there something specific you were trying to achieve?)
