Recompiled Windows Version for Cube Server DOESN'T Download all the Necessary Packages

Hello,

Recently I've been notified about the Recompiled Windows Version for Cube Server 0.1.173 release.
I tried it on my Windows system, and was happy to notice that it didn't got STRUCK while downloading the software packages (like the earlier versions did).
Thanks to the Camicri Team !!!

BUT,
While downloading and testing the new version I found one thing. The recompiled version only downloaded certain or few packages necessary for a software.

FOR EXAMPLE : When I tried to download VLC Media Player in Windows using the recompiled-version it tends to download only 7 PACKAGES WORTH 2 MB.
But when I use the same set of repostories, to download the packages in my Ubuntu System, it asks to download 71 PACKAGES WORTH 29 MB.

Known Information:
- Can replicate this bug on Vala version 0.30
- Not occurring in lower Vala version.

Will Try:
- Recompile on the latest Vala version
- Recompile on a lower Vala version

Hello, we have released Cube 0.1.184. This version contains a bug fix for this issue.
