network_nick_set_nick is called with NULL username and hostname

Here's an example of network_nick_set_nick being called with n->username and n->hostname = NULL; iirc this was immediately after reattaching a detached session:

In what version of ctrlproxy is this?

I believe the trace is from 3.0.8, but it was still reproducible with bzr trunk at the time I filed this bug.
