Filename "0.png" (and possibly other extensions) seems to be ignored

Bug Description
When passing a ZIP file with the images numbered (0.png, 1.png, 2.png etc), the first one (0.png) is always missed. If I rename this to another number, the image will still be processed into the sprite. So for now, I simply rename the file then rename the CSS class name for that file at the end.
