Bug Description
Basically I don't want the extra horizontal/vertical spaces. Putting zero (0) px values into the two fields gave me Submission errors: "No horizontal offset specified. No vertical offset specified.". But somehow 0.0px works.

Came here to report the same thing. I see that this issue was created in 2009 and in 2011 the same problem still exists.
I'm creating a JPG sprite. 32kb with the default 50px offset and about 29kb without offset (if it was allowed).
