Bug Description
cyrus-sasl 2_2.1.23 cannot bootstrap with ldap support because ldap requires sasl.h
Need to
1) Build cyrus-sasl without ldap support to get sasl.h
2) Build ldap
3) rebuild cyrus-sasl with ldap support
