CREBS will not install /ppa respository not working

I can set up the crebs repository but it will not connect (get error 404)
when downloading and installing manually seems to work but when I try to run CREBS it will not run
runing command in terminal results in following error.

Can't use it in Ubuntu 11.10 has worked in past with 10.10 and 11.04.

One quick fix is: sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-pixbuf
