Update LGM website homepage

Bug Description
We need to put away (archive, not delete) the irrelevant posts on the homepage and edit (but keep the old version in archive) the Welcome post: People coming at the website must be able to understand what is LGM at any time + they will scroll down and find more and more info as LGM goes on.
I want to be able to post latest news!

I have found a workaround and marked as draft the published posts that were on the home page. I would also like to change the Welcome post and use this page for the news. All the relevant info is basically on the About page. However I would like to keep the text in archive.
