Bug Description

With the change in https://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/craton/commit/?id=163b27669fd62b9869948c04e71abbbbc8eb4838, network devices take a 'name', not a 'hostname'. However, tools/generate_fake_data.py was not updated. This is a useful testing script, so it needs to be fixed ASAP.

    Fixes fake data generation.

Updates fake data generation such that network devices are created
with the required attribute 'name'. It had previously been called
'hostname', but the renaming in a recent commit had not been applied
to this tool, which is used for testing (and demos!).
