Bug Description

Docker file needs to be updated.

Rename inventory-api.py to api.py, add entry point in setup.cfg. Since hyphens don't work in module names in python.

Also Need to add some notes and [entry points]

    Update setup.cfg and docker_run.sh

    We need to update setup.cfg, docker_run.sh and install guide
    to update the entry points for craton api server.
