Bug Description
Coverity reports occurrences of a defect as 'events' in a file with a line-number and type, etc. Interleave the file attachment with these events for easy scanning of the defect in context.
Presently the events are passed through as a list at the top of the file-attachment; interleave them with the proper lines.
