Bug Description
When we change, in any folder such as picture folder or music folder, the picture of the album or the pictures the folder's thumbnail is not automatically refreshed.

It's a nautilus problem, you must report it to the GNOME bug tracker ; Nautilus ask Cover-Thumbnailer for a thumbnail, Cover-Thumbnailer do it (or not) and then nautilus manage its thumbnails.
