CouchDB replication should have an associated testcase

There should be a testcase covering couchdb replication.

This test will require setting up two local couchdb instances.

Since the starting and stoping testing couchdb services requires some logic it is best to move this logic outiside of makefile and create a script for that.

The script should also bind the server to an unused port and return that port number.
