Bug Description
Installing cordova-cli doesn't install click-dev and schroot
Installation instructions:
-------
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:cordova-
sudo apt-get install cordova-cli
Creating the chroot leads to the following problem:
>> sudo click chroot -a armhf -f ubuntu-sdk-14.10 create
[...]
click chroot: error: schroot not installed and configured; install click-dev and schroot
schroot should be added as a dependency to the cordova-cli package so that users aren't faced with errors when first attempting to create kits.
