cordova-ubuntu could override some default values to make the default example work out of the box

Once the default applicaiton tempalte is isntalled, cordova-ubuntu could use some hooks and standard configuration files to automatically fill in :
- the email address
- the standard ubuntu app namespace
- the app icon

get started with a new project.

The most pressing issue is the icon, as without it, the app will not build.

Simply ensuring the icon line pointing to img/logo.png is added would remove the extra manual step and allow for a much smoother developer experience.
