On Ubuntu Touch image 20130918.1:

Test case:
- adb shell
- su - phablet
- cordova-ubuntu-2.8 --desktop_file_hint=/usr/share/applications/unity8.desktop /usr/share/cordova-ubuntu-tests/cordovamobilespec/www/
- Click on Automated tests.
- Click on Globalization tests.

Expected result:
- 0 failures.

Actual result:
- 1 failing: Globalization (navigator.globalization) getCurrencyPattern globalization.spec.41 getCurrencyPattern using EUR for currency, success callback shoud be called with a Properties object.
timeout: timed out after 7500 msec waiting for win never called.
