Bug Description
I isolated a testcase here: http://
Two div-containers have "position:fixed" and "overflow-y: auto".
The left and the right lists can be scrolled in Firefox and Google Chrome.
However, the apache-cordova-2.8 viewer does not allow to scroll the lists by clicking and moving the mouse. I use ubuntu version 12.04.
Scrolling with the mouse-wheel works.
