Bug Description
CookieSafe, 3.1a9, produces the following in the FF Error Console:
Error: TypeError: cookiesafe.

Line: 12
Other symptoms:
FF produces message "Requested page redirection will never complete"
Repeated attempts to reload the requested page occasionally will complete.
Impact: Page loading problems
