Bug Description

Environment(s):

Firefox 15.0.1 (also occcurs on FF 13 and FF 14)
Windows/XP/SP3 (no problems observed)
Linux: openSUSE 11.4 and 12.1, KDE desktops
           Ubuntu 10.04,2 LTS and 12.04 LTS
CookieSafe 3.1a10

After update to CS 3.1a10 (on Linux), following is observed:

1. Firefox runs correctly.
2. After shutdown with open tabs/windows (and session cookies), restart causes FF to hang or hard loop.
     (FF must be terminated by the OS).
3. Restart without open tabs (or clearing session cookies, either manuallly or via Web Developer), allows restart.

The above problem does NOT occur under Windows. The above occurs under Linux distros "openSUSE" and Ubuntu". The possible cause may be Linux file/cookie permissions, either for individual cookies, or the CS export target "cookies.xml" and "exceptions.xml".

NOTE: Above problem occurs ONLY with CS 3.1a10. CS 3.1a9 does not experience the described problem.

Security issues: None perceived as yet.
