Bug Description

For browser with e10s (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Electrolysis)
PrivateBrowsingUtils.isWindowPrivate() become deprecated, it is recommended to use PrivateBrowsingUtils.isContentWindowPrivate() instead.

This function is not available with older version of FFx, and maybe not to other Mozilla apps.
