Bug Description

Toolbar icon refinements:
   · Toolbar icon: Support different size (small/large buttons).
      Note: Firefox before v19 do not support nsIStyleSheetService.AUTHOR_SHEET, so it do not work on theses version. But surprisingly it works with Thunderbird v13 ...
   · Australis minimal support.

→ Use a CSS for the toolbar button.
