Context menu doesn't has "Extract Here" option when more than 1 file is selected

Same as extended-actions's bug 902532:

ammonkey committed a fix to extended-actions in r4, though it did not cover selections with files of the same mimetype:

Okay, 0.3 has a different bug in this code.

This is marked as fixed in 0.3, but there isn't an "Extract All" option in the context menu of an archive.
