There is no 'compress' option in ContextMenu upon a file or folder

Bug Description

The 'compress' option in Files when right clicking upon a file or folder have dissapeared.

I think, that not all users would need the "compress" function from the context menu. It wold be much better, if it would be disabled by default, but it could be enabled from the Pantheon Files settings window.

Elementary OS try to bring common Windows users to experience Linux, so I think it's better to avoid shell commands as much as possible. The ContextMenu shows a bluetooth transfer option and the print one so why not have compress too?
