ConTeXt installer still called 'minimals'

At the ConTeXt conference in Slovenia we decided to rename the 'minimals' to something else, for example 'ConTeXt distribution' or 'The official ConTeXt distribution'.

We should rename all instances (wiki, mailing list, web site, documentation,...) to 'ConTeXt distribution'.

Huh...believe it or not, but due to life-issues here I completely forget that the meeting in Slovenia is already over :-(

I planned to come for a day or two, but, looking now at it, it was simply not possible this time. Let's hope when we settle in a new home here, we can come to the next one :-)

However, renaming 'minimals' to something else is good idea.

I consider that 'ConTeXt distribution' is nice.

What do we need to do:
- rename the link (minimals.contextgarden.net) to something else?

I would suggest to finish some kind of GUI installer, change font locations, rename first-instal.sh, and then rename.

I have added 'distribution' as a server alias for the 'minimals' subdomain. So there exists now: http://distribution.contextgarden.net/.
