cancel content-hub operation crash contacts

i couldn't find the contacts app project, so i thought maybe dialer is correct

I signed into google and accepted terms to sync contacts
i went to contacts to create a new one
filled out name, ph# etc
took a picture
before i could save it, a pop up said "syncing contacts" i hit cancel.
The app became completely unresponsive. shell and other apps were fine.

not completely sure but this may be related to using the camera.

altho this time the camera went wonky too, and i think the "sync" dialog is possibly between the camera & the gallery app ?
at any rate, in a few seconds after dismissing, the contacts app just freezes completely.

This does not look like related with contact sync. (Contact sync does not have a "cancel" button)

Looks like related with content hub and app interaction.
