Bug Description
In order to have a homogeneous set of labels during metrics scraping, we should gather the metrics exposed by the prometheus exporter uin LUA integrated to content-cache charm with telegraf.
Telegraf already support an input based on prometheus metrics: https:/
This should be configured through charm relation between content-cache and telegraf.

Need a new interface layer. Low priority for now as a manual workaround is applicable
