Bug Description
For HTTPS sites, we should ship out a vhost stanza/config to automatically redirect HTTP requests to the HTTPS site.

I think we'd want this to be configurable, fwiw. I think assuming we want to redirect http to https is fine as long as there's an option to disable that.
