Bug Description
Then connecting to a cellular service DefaultTechnology is empty inside the Property changed signal. With GetProperties call it's set correctly.

I also randomly see the same with ethernet service. I don't know if it's the same problem or not.
The problem with this is that the network icon will be wrong whenever this happens.
