There are no error even when the network is not present. The dialer should show relevant error to user.

Description of Fix:-
Added a new check to ping GateWayIP provided in /usr/bin/connectplus/Settings.config
New key has been added for the same. <add key="GatewayIP" value="10.250.99.1" />

If the gateway is not reachable, user is shown an error that gateway 10.250.99.1 is not reachable.

This is for those who have the early version which pings a default gateway IP which must not be same for your Sify connection.
In case you get an error like "not able to ping w.x.y.z. IP" or " unable to connect to w.x.y.z"

Go to: /usr/bin/connectplus

Edit the "Settings.config"
    by changing the line:
        <add key="GatewayIP" value="10.250.99.1" />
        replace 10.250.99.1 with your Gateway IP provided by Sify.
