juju --version: 2.6.2-disco-amd64
lxd --version: 3.14

When running "juju bootstrap localhost lxd-test --debug" as a normal user in the lxd group, I get the attached output.

This juju is coming from conjure-up:

$ ls -l $(which juju)
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 15 Jun 26 16:45 /snap/bin/juju -> conjure-up.juju

If I remove conjure-up, and install juju via snap, then this issue goes away. The issue appears to be juju bundled with conjure-up.
