Bug Description
If you type in a string entry you get an event for every letter typed, e.g. set something to "elementary" by manually typing it you get 10 events: "e", "el", "ele"...
Maybe Configurator should wait for 2 seconds or input field-unfocus before making a new entry (if the changed field is string or array).
