Bug Description
As a developer I think it would be super handy to have a button somewhere to refresh all the settings (preferably remember the state of the sidebar and the active view). Right now I have to close and reopen configurator/dconf and navigate to my settings again every time I change, add or remove a setting.

Im planning to do some structural changes and move some pieces of the code in their own backend classes when I've the time. But this feature would be a part of it and, if possible, I'll try to make it updating automatically so there is no need for a refresh button. ;)
