Bug Description
Allow users of the library to specify the prefix for environment variables. Perhaps an argument to schemaconfigglue() or derived from an attribute of the SchemaConfigParser.
This would allow the variable names to come in the form: MYAPP_SECT_OPT, rather than CONFIGGLUE_
